This updated document replaces the 2009 version of the Role of the Wound, Ostomy, Continence Nurse or Continence Care Nurse in Continence Care. The document was revised by the Task Force between March 2017 ─ October 2018. During the discussion, Chris reveals the purpose of this document, the contributing factors that led to recent updates and tips and suggestions for nurses looking to certify or re-certify in continence.
